Get the Entire Run of Twin Peaks All in One Package

Twin Peaks was a surprising hit when it debuted in 1990, a good decade before the generally-agreed-upon start of the Golden Age of Television. It was surprising because of how weird it was, and it still registers as deeply weird even in today’s media-flooded landscape. It’s also incredibly entertaining, thought provoking, scary, and an all-around masterpiece. A new 21-disc Blu-ray collection called Twin Peaks: From Z to A collects the entire run of Twin Peaks, plus over 20 hours of special features. It’s out Feburary 3 and is available for preorder now (see it at Amazon).

Twin Peaks: From Z to A (Blu-ray)

When I say Twin Peaks: From Z to A has everything, I really mean it. It has the first two seasons, which aired in 1990 and 1991, plus David Lynch’s 1992 prequel movie Fire Walk With Me, plus the third season, the 18-part Twin Peaks: The Return, which kicked off on Showtime in 2017. If you’re looking for one collection that has all of Twin Peaks in one package, this is it.

This set was originally released in 2020 as a limited-edition collection that came with some extra collectible stuff, but it sold out quickly. I’m glad to see a more accessible bundle that packages all things Twin Peaks into one release. And if you’re looking for a lovely eulogy for the late director, check out our They Don’t Make ‘em Like David Lynch Anymore piece that discusses what made the Twin Peaks co-creator such a one-of-a-kind talent. RIP.
